Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Fashion-ing, we value our customers and want to ensure transparency regarding cancellations and refunds. Please review our policy below:

Cooling-off Period

Customers have the right to cancel their service purchase within 14 days of the order date.
This 14-day window is referred to as the cooling-off period.

Important Exceptions

If you request that we begin providing the service before the 14-day cooling-off period ends, you acknowledge and agree that you may lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed.
If the service has only been partially delivered within the cooling-off period, you may still cancel, but you will be required to pay for the portion of the service already provided.

After the Cooling-off Period
No refunds or cancellations will be accepted after the 14-day cooling-off period has expired.
Any requests received after this time will not be processed.

How to Cancel

To cancel your service within the cooling-off period, please contact our customer support team at info@fashion-ing.com with your order details.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
